Del. trooper nabs man wearing colleague's watch

Delaware State Police said a thief has been caught red-handed — and that hand happened to be wearing a watch stolen from a trooper nearly two years ago. Police said a trooper noticed a Chevrolet Blazer parked close to his own car outside a Wilmington restaurant Sunday. The Blazer drove away, and the trooper found his car had been burglarized and his wife's wallet stolen.
