I was listening to hate radio and watching inflammatory T.V. last week. Rep. Ron Paul was on both, he mentioned (stated) how executive orders were/are unconstitutional.

I actually read bills, think its fun. But there's one aspect of legislation that drives me up the wall and causes a whole bunch of confusion.
