Hailstorm Sets Off Bomblets in Lebanon

The season's first hailstorm Tuesday was a blessing in disguise for cluster bomb-infested parts of southern Lebanon, triggering blasts from previously unexploded bomblets. No injuries were reported.

Volkswagen on Friday said that a severe hailstorm last weekend damaged a significant number of the 30,000 new cars at its plant in the northwestern German city of Emden.

South London was bombarded by a hailstorm earlier today, captured in pictures by the local residents. These images wouldn't look out of place in mid-winter, but thy were taken on July 3rd!
