CARY, N.C. (AP) — Police said a North Carolina man rammed his car into a hot dog stand when the vendor refused to sell him a hot dog and drink for a dollar.

- Witnesses say two people, a man and a woman had just started setting up the hot dog stand. It was their first day in this spot along Hillsborough Avenue. But they were at the wrong place at the wrong time. James Harris was nearby. "Everybody was like, what was that?"
