Google Calendar officially comes to Apple's iCal

Google on Monday formally announced full support for the CalDAV protocol along with the release of a small piece of software for Mac computers that lets users easily link up their Google Calendars with the iCal application.

Well, fortunately, Google has just quietly introduced CalDAV support to Google Calendar. CalDAV is the protocol that iCal uses to transmit data over the web. Although some other mail and calendar programs support CalDAV, right now Google Calendar is only compatible with iCal.

A great little app that puts your iCal To Do items in the Menu Bar. This guy can write a Coco App. It has a drag and drop install process, it incorporates into system preferences with loads of options, and takes up very little system resources. A must have for iCal users.
