No bishop, no missionary should ever hesitate or lack the faith to teach the law of tithing to the poor. The sentiment of "They can't afford to" needs to be replaced with "They can't afford not to."

Well to tell this story I need to go back a ways. I was raised in a church going christian home. We went to church most every Sunday morning but that was it. No night church because my parents work schedules just didn't allow for it.
