Bloom Won't Be Prosecuted for Accident

The Bloom isn't off the road. Jane Robison, a spokeswoman for the Los Angeles District Attorney's office, said Friday it will not prosecute Orlando Bloom, who was involved in a minor car accident earlier this month. Robison said there is "insufficient evidence."
