Apple Approves then Removes Baby Shaker GameSource: PC World
The release of an iPhone game called "Baby Shaker" has Apple in hot water with angry parents and children's groups, who are demanding answers from Apple..Sometimes you really have to wonder how certain "games" could possibly make it through Apple's approval process.

Two of my recent articles have contained a strong rejection of information presented by Gizmodo regarding the health of Steve Jobs, based on a report by an anonymous source.

Macworld 2009 Keynote -- Minus Steve JobsSource: Typepad.com
This article looks at how well the speakers did at the Macworld Keynote speech, since this was the first year that Steve Jobs has not given the speech for sometime.

Man, hackers suck. Some 12-year-old managed to get into the live feed that Macrumors.com had up from the Macworld Keynote this afternoon. Anyone reading the feed saw a bit of information about iPhoto and then suddenly "OMG STEVE JOBS JUST DIED!"

Thought we should all get together in one place to discuss our thoughts ont he Apple Keynote speech and Macworld.
Feel free to leave comments, thoughts, feedback, whatever you like to do with the keynote.
Here are a couple sites that have live blog going
Ihnatko: Why all the digging at Jobs' health?Source: Chicago Sun-Times
Barring a problem that affects his ability to run the company, Steve Jobs has absolutely no obligation to reveal anything whatsoever about his personal life.

Last week, I published an article in an effort to call out Jesus Diaz on his use of an anonymous source as the basis for an article about the "dire" health of Apple CEO Steve Jobs. Attempts to contact Diaz went unanswered.

How Apple killed Macworld ExpoSource:
It was stupid, selfish and extremely un-Apple-like. Apple is the master of marketing and prides itself on its highly polished image and well thought out products and services. Yesterday's announcement flies in the face of everything that Apple has done for the past 25 years.
Ihnatko: Apple and Steve jobs had good reason to dump MacworldSource: Chicago Sun-Times
Now they're Apple, Inc., dammit. They make the damned iPod and the damned iPhone. They own more than 80 damned percent of the damned marketplace for digital damned downloads of music and video, and there seems to be damned-well nothing that anybody can do about it.
Macworld 2009 to be Apple's last, no Jobs keynote Source: Yahoo! Tech - Daily Features
Well, no wonder there wasn't much buzz around Macworld this year. Turns out Jobs won't even be at the keynote next month, and after that, Apple plans on skipping the event (if it's still around, that is) altogether.
The news came in a surprise press release late this afternoon.

In a move that is sure to light up both the Mac rumor sites and the punditry like few press-releases in recent history, Apple today announced that 1) Phil Schiller will be standing-in for Steve Jobs during the Macworld Keynote in January, 2009 and that 2) nobody will be standing …
Apple: No new products before the holidaysSource: Macworld
Despite Internet rumors of forthcoming product releases, an Apple representative confirmed that the company has no plans to release any new products before the holidays.
"Our holiday line-up is set," Apple spokesman Bill Evans told Macworld.
Frankenmac! What's in a Mac clone?Source: Macworld
Tired of waiting and hoping for the Mac of my dreams to appear, I decided to take the technology into my own hands and build it myself. And thus began my experiment to assemble my very own OS X-running machine.
Stan Flack, MacCentral and MacMinute founder, passes awaySource: Macworld
It is with incredible sadness that I write this note today. MacCentral and MacMinute founder Stan Flack passed away quietly on Monday in his Prince Edward Island, Canada home. According to his sister, Stan died of complications to a pre-existing condition.
