Miss America's three year run on TLC is over after the cable network chose not to renew its television contract with the beauty pageant.
In a story Jan. 31 about the Miss America Pageant, The Associated Press erroneously reported the year that Ericka Dunlap won the pageant. Dunlap was crowned Miss America 2004 on Sept. 20, 2003, and did not hold the title in 2005.
Cable network TLC says the Miss America pageant broadcast over the weekend attracted 4.5 million viewers.
