The Wire

Do we really need so much stuff?

I’ve moved more than 20 times in the last 10 years. That’s 20 nights spent wrapping plates and bowls in smudgy pages of newspaper, writing “FRAGILE” in block letters on the tops of boxes headed on an uncertain journey. Twenty days spent stuffing T-shirts and tights and worn-out flannel pajamas into suitcases that are always too small; more than 20 hours cursing my collection of purses and my love of shoes.

Photos From The Holiday Weekend

I kept my camera handy most of the time this holiday weekend. Spent a lot of time down at the lake a few minutes away. Always busy with lots of wild life, nature trails, a creek, a lake to swim and fish in. I was able to capture some cool photos by just being prepared.

My First Photography Shoot *Updated*

A. MACARTHUR kind of inspired me after seeing many of his stunningly beautiful and cool photo's here on the Vine to actually go out and try to use my camera the way it was meant too. I'm a total beginner in photography.

Hi this is my Life Story

Well for those of you who don't know me, I was born June 1, 1991...

Why I don't exist

When asked "tell me about yourself?" I often sigh and wish I could answer the proposed question. I thought the problem was that I simply did not know enough about myself to answer the question. But that would be too easy. It turns out that I might not exist at all.

Another important piece of the puzzle of my life is those I consider my friends.

Another reason, money, seems to drive many on their life journey. Now I wouldn't dream of knocking this reason if it weren't for the fact that the old adage is true...you really can't take it with you. Yes, I know, you can leave it to the loved one(s) you leave behind.

Please allow me to introduce myself. I am commonly known as Vic; though often misspelled or contrived in such a way as to illicit a more colorful or comic response.

Three years old and still working as well as the day I paid the young worker the hundred dollars to install what I had not made time to do myself. The Craftsman opener glides my semi-rigid garage door to the position just shy of horizontal.
