ROME - LOW-BUDGET US horror movie 'Paranormal Activity", a box office hit in Italy, kicked up a storm among politicians and associations on Monday because it is terrifying teenagers and children across the country.

Last year was wrought with a lot of films that, quite frankly, for all their brilliance, were a little dull. This year, however, we have some great contenders that kept us on the edge of our seats and held our attention from beginning to end.

Paranormal Activity was good. It is certainly not as scary as the commercials make it out to be, but it is better than an episode of Ghosthunters. In fact, it is pretty much like Paranormal State.
