Five Celebrity Memoirs to Curl Up with this FallSource: Suite101
I find it fascinating when celebrities want to air their dirty laundry or spill the beans about their lives by publishing a memoir. Oh, I realize they make money, but what about the privacy they always claim to want? Here are five books I plan to read this fall.

We have all been to the movies where we might go into the cinema feeling down but come out on a high at the end because the movie lifted our spirits and made us want to sing and shout instead. "Dirty Dancing" with Patrick Swayze, who died sadly today, was one such film for me.

LOS ANGELES, CA. - Patrick Swayze best known for his leading roles in movies such a Ghost, Dirty Dancing, Point Break and more.

I was saddened by the news that Patrick Swayze has lost his fight with pancreatic cancer. Condolences to his wife Lisa and his family.
So farewell Patrick. You will be remembered for your wonderful films and great spirit. Rest in Peace.

With the Writer's Guild of America on strike and all our favorite television shows going dark, the place to be this holiday season for a little entertainment is the theater.

Tonight I hit the theater to catch a special viewing of the timeless classic Dirty Dancing in honor of the film's 20th anniversary. As one friend described it, the experience was more intense that I remembered it.

In honor of its 20th anniversary, Dirty Dancing will return to theaters for two nights only. You'll be able to watch Johnny (Patrick Swayze) and Baby (Jennifer Grey) have the time of their life on May 1st and May 2nd at 7:30 p.m. only in selected theaters.
