Soft drink bottler Pepsi Bottling Group Inc. said Tuesday that it signed a distribution deal with natural beverages brand company O.N.E. (One Natural Experience).

PepsiCo Inc.'s proposed buyout of its two biggest bottlers took a new turn Monday when the soft drink maker sued one of the companies over the way it rejected the deal and approved shareholder rights measures.
Pepsi Bottling Group Inc. said Monday that it has rejected what it called a "grossly inadequate" acquisition offer from PepsiCo Inc., but analysts said that doesn't mean the deal is over, just that Pepsi needs to offer more money.
