Venture Capitalist Guy Kawasaki explains his 10/20/30 rule of PP presentations. "A PowerPoint presentation should have ten slides, last no more than twenty minutes, and contain no font smaller than thirty points." Sounds about right to me. I'd also add that the better the story, the more captivating, the better your audience will respond.
