Its that time of year again. Are you going to try to quit smoking, lose weight, or something else? I decided this year that I wasnt going to make any resolutions because I get tired of feeling like a failure.

Happily, today I am a non smoker. A little over a year ago I was having a shower (with my wife if you know what I mean) and I almost passed out. So that was my turning point. I knew then that after 20 years of lighting up it was time to make a serious change in my life.
