Robert Downey, Jr. was an excellent choice to play Tony Stark. Downey's performance seems almost second nature to him, making his portrayal of a young, mega-billionaire, super genius, with little focus in his life until he is captured, then becomes Iron Man.

I'm not even going to try and be objective here: "Iron Man" is the best movie I have seen this year.

I wanted more. I wanted more of Robert Downey Jr, I wanted more of Tony Stark, I wanted more of Iron Man, and I wanted more of Iron Man kicking butt, I wanted more more more. I wanted more and can't wait for the sequel.

This summer there looks to be a series of good movies coming out. I get like this almost every year and end up not seeing any of them but I always hope to see a few. This year's lineup however looks a bit better than any of the recent summers I can remember.
