Best bets: Finally, ‘30 Rock’ returns

Every other long-awaited TV show made its debut in September or early October, but poor fans were left hanging. And with star and creator Tina Fey making headlines left and right for her portrayal of Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin on Fey's former show, "Saturday Night Live," fans have been itching for more Fey.
