Sources confirm that not only has FOX officially passed on renewing Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, it's even dead as far as Warner Brothers is concerned and they are no longer shopping it to other networks.

Not too long ago, teen dramas were jam packed with strong female characters who were high kicking, vampire slaying and wittily disposing of anyone and anything that stood in their way. But the halcyon days of Buffy and co are long gone.

In the interview, [Fox Entertainment president Kevin] Reilly mentions that Sarah Connor and Back to You are the "lead candidates" for returning for a new season, adding that they've "already started staffing" the show.
