Well Songbird (http://www.songbirdnest.com/) may have arrived but can't say I am jumping for joy about the usability of this preview. I still have high hopes for it, as I like many, dream of the day we can stop relying on iTunes.

With the release of the "proof of concept" of Songbird comes the possibility of a great new media player for computer users.

Songbird has launched. This is a great media browser (Firefox) that looks to have alot of potential, and will change the way media is viewed on the web. Plus it's open source, allowing for constant improvement. More comments to follow, as I become more familiar with it.
