A man whom officers shocked with a stun gun while he fought them in a Northwestside restaurant Friday night died a short time later, police said. Henry O. Bryant, 35, 3000 block of Cluster Pine Drive, died after the incident around 10:30 p.m.

MINNEAPOLIS -- Minneapolis police shot a woman armed with a knife at a Minneapolis apartment building early Tuesday morning. Responding to a call of an armed person on the 300 block of W. Franklin Ave, officers shot the woman after a Taser was ineffective in containing her.
