Well, I have my photos form the Mini-Vine that I had with HippieChick and ChrisBoese and I have to say that they came out well and I had a great time with both of them...

Well it's all over now but the telling of the tale's. Scott (Scoop) Butki has flown the coop with his ducks in tow.

Scoop is obviously having a hard time after lunch at Dairy Queen, so he posed the following options for the above question:
Options would be: Twitter, Facebook, 'Vine or MySpace?

Hello everyone:
I've been catching up with Scott "Scoop" Butki regarding his Great North American Vinemeet as he makes his way from MD to TX. Today, the title of this article is entirely appropriate for Scott's situation.

Today Viki and I are joined by Dennis P McCann, and Aine.

Hello all!
I'll be in Denver for the Democratic Convention next week. Along with me will be Killfile, Miss Dev and Calvin Tang (they don't know this yet, but I'm going to refer to them as my entourage all week, though really we're Calvin's entourage).

As I did for Vinemeet Ohio and Vinemeet dc I took photos of the vinemeet. I also shared a few of them over here.
A few of these are from others - when that happens I'll note it in the captions

While Columbus may not be the most happening town, one might be surprised to find out that it is the indie art capital of the world, a noteworthy designation as one of the highlights of the Vinemeet this weekend was a live performance by our host, a member of Floatation Walls.

As this weekend approached, I have been having the feeling that everything was too simple to be true. My flight was booked about a month ago and child care arrangements made.

This was a very special week for Diggin' the Crates. Over the weekend, the Philadelphia suburbs played host to a summit of the record-heads as Eric, Adam, and I took the region's used record stores by storm. This is the play-by-play.

During Vinemeet DC, April 11th, Newsviners are cordially invited to attend the NBC News live discussion immediately following the airing of "Meeting David Wilson," at 10:30 p.m. ET on MSNBC. The live discussion, which will be broadcast from Howard University's Washington, D.C.

Holidays over, January's almost gone, so let's talk DC Vinemeet 2008!
The idea was first introduced here by Shiki, then I took it up here.

Every year Long Beach hosts one of (if not the) the largest reggae festivals in the country and every year I attend. Last year Walt left a comment on my show wrap-up that sounded like he wished he was there.

Mini-meet or at least dinner and drinks!
I'll be in New York City at the end of this month for a conference (at least that's my excuse. I'll be shopping and drinking, mostly), and I'd love to meet up with any NYC-area viners.

I've been talking about this for a year. And this time, I mean it.
The tentative dates for the Chicago VineMeet are June 5-8, 2008. That is Blues Fest Weekend.

Okay we are finally working on plans for the VineMeet here in Texas, Spiffie has a great idea, for us all to meet in July during Netrootsnation in July..

Lauhal and I have corresponded both via Newsvine and privately via email for months and months, and for some reason, though we live a mere 15 minutes away from each other, we only have just gotten around to meeting up in real life.

As I nursed my Steam Whistle Ale in the Black Bull Tavern, I had to wonder whether the lengthy travails to which I had gone would prove worthwhile.

Okay, I'm sitting in a slightly skeevy room at the Econo lodge in Toronto with Ryan Stolte-Sawa and Jon Nagelmakers, wondering if we should pick up a couple of hookers from the corner or go to a club, and I've been traveling all day. This is about all I can handle at the moment.

Here we are. Here's Viki's "here we are" article.

Two weeks ago, I published a cursory history of contemporary music in Philadelphia, beginning with the Delfonics and ending with a promise that I would publish the playlist I constructed for Vinemeet Northeast.

My Proposal
As conversations swirl about a potential Vinestock, I have a simple proposal for you: Lets have a Vinemeet at my small farm over the 4th of July holiday next year, 2008. I have thought about a Vinemeet here since last year but personal health problems got in my way.

This is an open call to all Toronto-are Newsvine users. I'll be dropping off a handful of books to Jon (Prompt) Neonatalmakers in the Smoke on the weekend of December 8th.
